Refund, Return & Exchange Policy – Shivaji Designer

We want you to love your purchase! If not, we offer easy returns and exchanges.

1. Eligibility:

• Return or exchange within 2 days of delivery.
  
• Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging with tags.
  
• Sale or custom items cannot be returned unless defective.
  

2. Exchanges:

• Allowed for size or replacement (subject to stock).
  
• If unavailable, we provide store credit or refund.
  
• Return shipping is customer’s responsibility, unless the product is faulty.
  

3. Refunds:

• Processed to your original payment method or as store credit.
  
• Shipping/COD charges are non-refundable.
  
• Refunds completed within 5–7 business days after product inspection.
  

4. Damaged/Wrong Items:

• Report within 48 hours with clear photos for free replacement or refund.
  

5. Cancellations:

• Can cancel within 12 hours of order placement.
  
• Once shipped, cancellation not possible.

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding Sundays & holidays). During peak times, delays may occur — we’ll notify you if so.

2. Delivery Time:

• Within India: 4–8 business days
  
• International: 10–20 business days (subject to customs)
  

3. Shipping Charges:

• Free shipping on prepaid orders above ₹999 (India only)
  
• ₹99 fee for orders below ₹999
  
• COD orders: ₹50 extra
  
• International rates depend on weight & destination
  

4. Tracking:

You’ll receive a tracking ID via email/SMS once your order ships.

5. Address & Delivery:

Ensure your address is correct.

Failed deliveries due to wrong info may incur re-delivery charges.

6. Damaged or Lost Orders:

Report within 48 hours with photos.

We’ll arrange a replacement or refund if verified.

7. International Orders:

Custom duties/taxes (if any) are buyer’s responsibility.

Delays due to customs are beyond our control.
